First Module
Your Job
The chapter Visitor Host is a simple job that is perhaps the most important. When the first thing a visitor sees is a smiling face with a hand extended out, it creates a powerful first impression.
Connect with Visitor's before, during and after you meeting. During the Meeting you will Highlight any Visitors and Observers to your chapter.
Expectations
-Arrive 15 minutes prior to the meeting
-Greet and Welcome Visitors
-Collect 4 Business cards and Contact Information
-Follow up with leads and visitors
-Report Visitors
Reporting
Complete the Visitor Host Report within 24 hours of your meeting.
The easiest practice is to take a picture of the physical sign in sheet and fill it out after the meeting.
A QR code is provided in the Leadership binder, which will bring you to the report. It is also found on the Leadership Page under Visitor Host.
Second Module
Visitors and Observers
Total Networking Team, unlike other groups, encourages cross networking between chapters. Members of other chapters visit frequently.
They are asked to sign in.
Visitors are welcome to visit any chapter twice. After 2 visits, they are no longer allowed to participate until they decide to become a member. Rarely does a visitor need to be reminded of this, but it will be your responsibility to let them know they are welcomed back once they decide to become a member of a TNT Chapter.
Contact Information
As the Visitor Host, your contact information will be listed on various marketing information such as flyers, social media posts and eventbrite listings.
Please make sure you connect with any potential visitors in a timely manner.
If you would like to update any of this contact information, please submit a Leadership Website Change Form, with that information and reasoning.
That form is found under Leadership.
